Quick Xbrick mod query

I's got round to contemplating modding my brick again as I want KOTOR ,like, yesterday!!
I have no BB access in my area hence no Live and therefore no networking setup. Is it possible to install emu's, apps etc. onto a modded brick straight from CDRW's? Probably a thicky question but all the discussion I've seen about working drive partitions etc. centres around having the brick on a local network........

I installed all my app and emus via CDR or DVDrs.

You can install without Internet access, but it would be much easier if you could at least hook up the 'box to your PC over ethernet.

There is a disk image floating around called 'Slayers' which has a customised Evolution-X and some tools which allow you to install Evo-X straight from the CD.
