Wii Remote Problem

ok my remote dosent seem to be working, its either not turning on or the wii isnt picking up the signal or somthing, has it magicaly broken itself over night or is this fixable?

er ... have you checked the batteries?

I had the same problem and it was batteries. It seems to drain them even when not in use

It certainly does ... I put brand new batteries in my remote, played a bit of Zelda, left it a few months, came back, and the batteries were not only dead, but corroded.

It's advisable (as with anything) to remove the batteries when it's not in use for a period of time.

If not the batteries have you tried to re-sync. with the red button on the wii(inside front flap) and on the wiimote(inside battery cover).

yes I had tried the batteries... it was the sink thing, wasnt sure how to do it properly but got it now, thanks.
