Komplett Group is the largest online-first electronics retailer with a core focus on consumer electronics and gaming products in Scandinavia. The group has continuously been at the forefront of online retail and developed the e-commerce industry in Scandinavia.

are two I use regularly. Dunno about IE shipping, but it would be worth investigating, as they provide great service and come highly recommended.

I think he was looking for good sites overclockers may have some decent product at decent prices, but *in my opinion* (and a lot of others actually) it is run by a bunch of tossers, their web site lies (in stock items suddenly go out of stock once you pay), their forum is pointless (heavily moderated to the extreme), and next day delivery often turns up sometime next week. That's my experience of them anyway. They don't get reviewed very favourable around the net either...

I've used them for ages and have always served me well, but they are a problem if you need an RMA, refund or whatever.

Also be aware they are a bunch of NeoNazi's. I do try other places first because of this.

Pretty grim for parts these days isn't it!

Have to say I use dabs (more specifically dabs4work) these days as they offer evening delivery (5:30 to 9:00pm) which, if you cant have stuff delivered at work/its heavy etc..., really is a god send.

Overclockers have been alright for me too, but I tend to visit their dodgy lockup in person whenever I use em. Didn't realise they were a bunch of Neo Nazi's though! Was quite surprised when I popped into Bass Junkies the other week that they had swastikas up in the shop (!). Bonkers.

Scan - Great when stuff is sent out working, terrible when you need a refund/RMA. Im still using them 10yrs on. Started using them on the advent of DVD in USA (as they used to sell NTSC dvds for ?16.99 cheaper than everywhere else till BBFC did em for not having ratings). I had one really bad experience about 6yrs ago. Bought a Asus case (server tower so could put two PC's in back to back) with built in PSU and about ?1200 worth of PC parts to do new build. Id already built I think either 6 or 7 PCs from their parts (used to build em for friends etc..) but this one they forgot something and sent the Asus case with a 110w PSU instead of our 220/240. Moment Id built it (took about 20-30mins back then) switched it on nowt happened. Checked the wires with my head over the PSU and just remember seeing this half blue ball coming at me out of the PSU, massive load bang and electrical burning.

Sent it all back and I could never get thru to anyone in tech support/RMA department (sales is a doddle but back then 1 line for bust stuff). They ended up refusing to do out and blaming me for them sending the wrong voltage PSU so I got onto credit card and lo and behold within 24hours I got everything replaced.

I have spent serious money with them since and they have been fine but then again nowts broken since

Overclockers - Used 4 times no DOA stuff all worked fine so cant comment on after sales. Thanks for the heads up on being Neonazis though I wont use em again!

DABS - Used a few times always delays so stopped using em.
