Picross DS UK data reset help??

Can anyone tell me how to reset UK Picross DS?
Sold it to a lovely chap on the forums and can't get rid of the data.
Spent 45 minutes looking on the net trying to sort it.
Any help??

It might not be possible, wasn't with Nanostray for example.

It's in the options no? I've done it with the JPN one for sure. Isn't it in teh UK manual? I hear that pressing L and Select may bring up an erase option too...

Oh thanks for your help!!
I'd seen the L+select option whilst googling but hadn't realised you have to do it whilst booting the game up (in the instruction manual it tells you!!)
Now to the post office.
