    Trying to redeem a 3 month live subscription code

    It keeps telling me I cannot redeem the code until I update my payment information...which I AM doing.

    What the hell is wrong, can anyone help me? Because my card was the one that I had the money stolen from, it obviously got declined, now I'm trying to redeem the ?14 card I just bought and it won't accept it?

    phone them and they'll apply it - in fact it may have gone on despite the error

      I'm about to lose it with this **** on MS support.

      This is honestly the worst customer support I've EVER experienced.

      How would I know if it had gone on despite the error Yosh?

        20 ****ing minutes...to bring my account information up.

        Now he's off to speak to the supervisor, to which I've told him "No, just let me speak to the supervisor myself".

        Lord I hope he knows how to do anything or I shan't be repsonsible for my language.

          Spoke to the supervisor now...problem solved.

          You can't redeem a code when there is an outstanding balance, why, he didn't know..."It's policy".

          I also asked him why it took 30 minutes to solve the problem that took him 5 minutes to explain...

          "It's the guys first or second week".

          I also asked to remove ALL my credit card details from their system..."We can't do that when a billing cycle is in place, you have to redeem a card then ring me back".

          Jesus, honestly, they make every other customer service look excellent.

          Finally paid up the £4.99 though, then redeemed the 3 month code, so I'm all paid up to December.

          Jesus though, how hard was that...
