I can't recommend it, but there is a Phillips 23" going for ?250 at Richer Sounds.

Something to add to the mix... If you are interested in something a little smaller (19"), but cheaper, then HUKD has turned up an option for you today at £150. There's a comment that it's not amazing for TV, but not bad for Xbox 360 etc...
