Dead Rising UK Release Date

This may sound like an odd question but does anyone know what date Dead Rising was released in the UK?

Just I bought my 360 at the same time and its just given me the dreaded 3 red lights and want to work out wether its still in warranty. I think it was sometime last August right? I cant find my reciept either to see what the date was.

It was the end of September - either the 22nd or the 29th

I think it was actually the 8th September, as it was exactly 4 weeks after the US release.

If you've got the RROD then you're covered by a three year warranty anyway

I thought the new warranty was only for newer bought machines? Any idea what the turnaround is from sending a machine to be fixed to getting it back? I cant really face a few weeks without it so I may just go and buy a new machine.

The new warrentee is for all machines, but only applies to the red light problem.

Think turnaround is slow at moment (see 360 issues thread), remember a fellow Mod saying he's been waiting around 5 weeks - so far. Ouch.

No way am I waiting five weeks. Not with Bioshock and Sensi Soccer around the corner. Guess its off the Gamestation to pick a new one up. Bloody things.

Well its going back to MS for repair, lady on the phone said it would be up to 25 days, thats working days I assume ,so bye bye console for the next month or so.

Anyone had any luck in getting a refund or credit on their LIVE account seeing as their console has gone back? I use pre-paid cards so it's not like I can suspend the account for a month until it comes back.

Like Daragon, he's been given a royal shafting over his Xbox, a little bit of courtesy compensation, even something small like an extra 2 months on live would fit the bill. It costs them next to nothing FFS!!

Such a large firm like M$, with trading standards that make me puke! I wish these mega-corporations would stop defiling the people that put them there in the first place!!
