if you go to your C drive in 'My Computer', open that and find the folder called 'programs' or 'program files', open that and find the 'Mozilla'/'Firefox' folder and then just delete said folder - then that should do the trick (I think).

Then if there are shortcuts on your desktop/taskbar/start menu, just right click on them, select the delete option to delete any of those.

    Hope this is helpful

Try installing the newest version of Firefox over the top, then running add/remove.

Be warned that if you're looking to possibly re-install it in the future, (maybe it's causing problems now?) you'll still have all the profiles/themes/extensions if you just remove it like that, and that the registry entries will still be there (not that it's a major issue).

If you want to kill the profiles, you'll need to look in c:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\ . You should find most of it lurking in there.
