XBox360 HD-DVD driver disc - downloadable anywhere?

I want to sell my 360 HD-DVD drive (dirt cheap if anyone's interested), but can't find the driver disc that came with it - does anyone know if you can download it anywhere? I can't seem to find it on the MS site.

Yep, for use with the 360 - don't know about the PC thing though, never connected it to that.

dont really need the disc if your xbox is on live with the latest firmware
and how much is dirt cheap, i know someone after one
