Will UK Action Replay work with a US xbox?

I have a us xbox and before purchasing uk action replay, I am wondering if it will work or will I have to buy a us action replay?
If an US Action Replay is needed, where in the uk can I buy it? (I don't want to import it from us due to shipping fees)

Its just a memory card editor, so... it would probably work, I think Xbox memory cards are regionless.

You might need region specific game codes though, and Datel may have 'region protected' the AR codes as they've done in the past.
