Monitor recommendations?

The mother in law has asked me to do a bit of research into monitors, as she wants to bin the big chunky one that came with her old pc, and get a space saving flatscreen.

Found this NEC one which looks good, anyone have any experience of it?

Nice all-around monitor, if she does nothing else than soho work or internet browsing. I had my father buy the cheaper 17" version and he's very happy.
