confused here would like to know if the above game is is XBOX Live compatible?

I saw it on DVDBox office and it does not appear so.

there is only 1 version on Xbox and it is xbox Live compatible

I got the game from them and it is live compatable even I don't have XBOX live yet. (But this will change soon)
