Supergun PSU

Planning on knocking up another supergun soonish and wondered if anyone knows of anywhere that does small tabletop/laptop style PSU's with a -5 voltage?? I use quite a smart one when I consolize MVS boards but that has a +5 and a 12 and no -5. I think someone mentioned once on here a PSU from Maplin or somewhere that may be of some use!?

I've been looking, but haven't really found anything Paul. Do you really need the -5v? Can't you get a Jameco?

yeah thats what I usually use - just wanted to play the Midway boards and believe they need the -5 for sound. Also don't think the SC200 PSU's are available anymore!?

There is a thread over at the NG.com forums basically the SC200 is sold out and a special production run would have to be hundreds, if not thousands? to make it worth the companys while.

yeah read that mate, hence I'm looking for another source! Have one or two SC200's left over when I ordered a couple from NG.com, but guess I'll have to go back to using P.C AT's

Theres a company I used to buy pwr adaptors from over in Germany that does a good +5/12V adaptor - I'll have a butchers at the weekend and post back with where I used to get em from (they may do one with an add. -5V output).
Personally for MVS usage, just convert 'em so they'll run from 5V only with 12V being upscaled and supplied on the m'board - although this doesn't really help you.......
