Ordering a Hori EX Turbo Pad for 360, but which one?

As title, I want to get a Hori Pad EX Turbo pad for the 360. Looked on Yes Asia and they have two versions, A Japanese one and an Asian one.

Anyone know what the difference would be, if any?

Or any one know of any other reputable online retailer which may stock it for about the same price or cheaper?
