Fighting Stick Wii & Metal Slug Anthology

Just got the stick....

I think the Fighting Stick Wii works like a Classic Controller minus the analog sticks. Metal Slug doesn't support the Classic Controller so I don't think it will work with the stick. Could somebody with the stick and MSA confirm it?

I can't confirm if it works or not, but if the game does not support the classic controller, then it won't support any device that is plugged into the the WiiMote port.

The good news I can give you is that, with the debut of Neo Geo games on the VC, I'm sure there will be tons of games (Metal Slugs included) to use with the stick =D

How is it? Have you tried it with VC games yet?

I played some Contra and Gunstar Heroes. It's ok. It's similar to the DOA4 stick and all the other Hori sticks at the same price range. Also means that it's not easy to mod. (I opened it up to check.)

I also tried SF2. Works well. The buttons are in the right order with default settings. (you can change them in SF2)

Doesn't work with MS Anthology. The stick acts as a classic controller, so anything that doesn't work with the classic controller will nto work with the stick.
