2 in 1 VGA adapters

I'm wanting to run my 360 through my PC monitor, but don't fancy having to change the cables round all the time. Does anyone use a 2-way adapter like this:

and are they any good? Bit of a numpty with these things, so not sure whether it'd cause any reduction in display quality. If they are worth using, are there any specific ones I should buy?

I have a similar cable, but for VGA/DVI-D into a single DVI-I port, and it works very well. Do post here if that works well for you, because I have to switch between PC and 360 too!
