    Just out of cruiosity is there a way I can O/C my current setup to maybe get a bit more umph.

    Or is it really not worth it?

      You won't be able to squeeze much from an XP3000+, that was the second last model that came out with that technology, which has its official best with the XP3200+. Not worth the time, you'll still be CPU limited in most cases.
