What's the difference with these two Godzilla games (apart from about ?40)? Is it worth tracking down GG: Maximum Impact?

Godzilla Generations is a free roaming game in the style of King of the Monsters, you get a gauge which shows how much of the city you have destroyed etc.
Godzilla Generations: Maximum Impact is an on rails shooter, This is the one worth picking up if you see it for ?20-25. -
