Vista spyware removal tool ?

Hi all can't seem to find anything about that works on vista !
I need something in a hurry, I don't care who makes it I just need cheep or free and fast.

Defender is useless I had 48 peices of spyware and defender found none of them

defender's latest update will find anyting. You wer maybe justcusing defender with the original def files.
