DS Lite replacment bigger battery

Recently ive bought a new DS back from the states , very happy with it but im finding the battery dosnt last long .. ive seen they have 1600 mah batterys on ebay but are they any good ? and is that the biggest aval

depends. personally i've seen one-too-many horror stories of batteries blowing up and whatnot to trust my stuff to a funky battery like that, but maybe others on here will have a better idea.

nearest i got to that was a replacement battery for £4.99 from argos which includes a set of nifty replacement battery covers (white, black and pink) that, once screwed in, have a regular catch so you can swap batteries without a screwdriver. it also has a battery charging dock which is quite handy - you just plug your ds lite charger into it. i don't keep my lite on full brightness though and it lasts much longer (also i play it about once a week so that probably explains it!)

hi , thanks i think i might just stick with my standard one as like you said its not worth the risk some dodgy chinese battery messing my new DS up. thanks again
