PC Power Supply supply dead?

my computer isn't switching on, i think my PC power supply has died...... the led on the back of it is pulsing but very faint - as if there isn't enough power. Is it dead? or is it something else wrong with the computer. Wheres the best place to get a replacement?

Which led on the back? The network led?
BTW, if the computer doesn't turn on, I'd first check the power cable and then the PSU.
If you moved the computer recently there's a very slim chance that the contacts from the motherboard to the on button got loose.
Check the PSU and the motherboard, those are the two components that won't make a computer turn on.

My pc was doing the same thing after I moved it, turned out to be the CPU fan wasnt connected.
