Trade in premium 360 for elite?

Has nayone traded in a launch 360 premium for an elite? If so how much extra did you have to pay, was it fully boxed etc?

I really want an elite but i'm not gonna upgrade to one if i get ?50 for my existing xbox!

Back in September/July it was between ?140 and ?160, depending on the shop.
