    Quick Surrond Sound Set-Up Question

I'm going to be adding surround sound to my room when I get my new TV but am having a few problems.

The shape my (bed)room is I have limited space to put the rear speakers. I can put pretty good/powerful speakers at the front.

    Now which would be better...

Mount small (6inchx6inch) at the top of my room, in the corners. Obviosuly they would need to be pointing down into the room.

    Or

Get one of these? It's ment to be an all in one surround speakers, cheaper than most but have no way of testing it and reviews are hard to find. Anyone heard anything.

    Thanks for advice

Those pseudo-surround speakers are designed for square/rectangular rooms. If your room is an awkward shape then it's going to sound pretty poor.

I'd go for smaller speakers, wall-mounted, at the top of your room pointing down at your listening position. Something like the Mission M30i perhaps? It's about 8" x 7" but it's a really good choice for surround. I have the next model up as my surround speakers and, even though I have much more expensive front speakers, they fit in perfectly and sound great

I'm not sure how good that sound projector is going to be for £230. A friend of mine has a Yamaha one which is pretty good, but it was £1k.

It's made by Logic 3, says it all really

Think it's settled then, I'll just go for the speakers in the top corners. Thanks ladz.
