Could someone please direct me where to get my XBOX modded?

Im looking to get an Xecuter 2.2 fitted as well as a 120Gig hard drive. Does anyone know of a company that could fit this for me as i want my xbox to be able to do the following

Be able to run MAME and others

Have the evolution x dashboard

Be able to back games up to the hardrive(although im not sure if this requires PC connectivity)

Play imports

Be able to turn off switch for XBOX live

Could anyone direct me where i could get this done and give me an estimate for an appropriate cost of the chip a suitable harddrive and fitting costs

Modchip + installation ?45 (Xecutor2 BIOS)

HDD install: if you supply me with a HDD I'll fit it while installing the modchip at no extra charge. Evo X will be installed or not as you like.
