PC Engine Duo-R no power?

just got a duo-r and when i went to plug it in and switch on......nothing.

no cd drive noise, no led light(this unit has blue led) no nothing.

my guess has been this must be a psu issue, and the one provided seems to be right voltages etc its an atari psu.

being as there was no led etc, is it likely to be the psu thats faulty ?


i am seriously hoping so.

lol my own fault, the light only comes on when you press the run buttpon, and my js tech master scart box wasnt auto switching...leading me to think it was doa.

lol its AMAZING the difference in pq. i cant really believe it.

best retro console i have.
