    Lockups/Freezers on WoW

Ive looked all over the net for an answer to my problem, but with no luck so far. I recently started playing this again to give a friend a hand, but in the last week or so ive been getting random freezers and crashes.

The game just stops, i can still hear the sound for a bit, then if im lucky it will go back to the desktop with an "ATKDISP" message (along with the desktop running in what looks like 8 bit colour) telling me to reboot the PC to return to normal settings. This is what i get when i reboot,

    STOP OX000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

Im using a NIVIDIA 7950GT, AMD 64 X2, 1G of RAM on an ASUS M2N32-SLI motherboard.

If any of you could help give me some idea of whats going on id be very greatful

      1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
      2. On the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the Troubleshoot tab.
      3. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None, and then click to clear the Enable Write Combining check box.
      4. Click OK, and then click OK.
