FF Tactics PSP Chapter 3 rooftop battle help

The mission on top of the rooftop where you have to protect Rapha after Marach just dies.

Everytime I start it she gets confused then walks towards the enemy who hits her then she dies and it's game over before its even my go my characters are a high level too.
