Movietyme order cancellations

Movietyme charged my card for an order they've not shipped. I've since cancelled my order - will they automatically re-credit my card?

I've cancelled orders in the past and they've then sent me stuff and not charged me.

I'd get in touch with them to be sure.

I cancelled an order with them a few months ago, they put the money onto your account. You have to request it back onto your card - and then they charge you a fee.

I had a massive argument with them once. Thay charged me for 2 DVDs and never bothered to send them. They denied ever charging me for them even though I sent them a copy of my Visa statement. Then, they deleted my account and rejected all of my emails to them. I eventually got the DVDs I ordered after an 8 month wait and I'd threatened legal advice against them.
