Samsung R7 series - 26inch flat panel - retune?

Hello,

I have an R7 (I think) series 26 inch flat panel Samsung HDTV with built in digital TV gubbins. Does anyone know how you retune/rescan for new/changed digital channels? I've googled it (briefly), can't find the manual and can't find anything obvious through fiddling....

There should be a button on the remote that brings up settings for the freeview (D.MENU) and it should be easy to re scan from there.

Whats the samsung like as a tv? Thinking of getting a new 26" lcd for the bedroom.
