Please help....

I didn't really know which thread to put this in put as we were talking about Serious Sam I wondered if people could give me some help, please.

I brought Serious Sam 2 today and loaded everything up, but now when I try and start the game i just get an error box saying:

'Fatal Error: cannot set display mode
GfxApl Error
Direct3D Error: missing support for cube-map textures.'

What can I do? Please help, I really want to play it!

Updated graphics and directx drivers?

What graphics card do you have?

And have you updated to the latest patch?
