Warhawk PS3 - Does it register to an account?

Just bought Warhawk in a shop, just wondering if the game registers to an account you use to play online. Reason im asking is because if it does, i can just throw away the box as i won't need it or be able to get rid of it when im bored of it.

You'll be able to sell it on just fine as it just uses your PSN login.
