    playing 50Hz 'xbox originals'

I'm wanting to download Halo from the UK Xbox Originals line-up but if it's 50Hz (like most speculate it is) would I need to change my system settings to 50Hz every time I play to make is run smoothly?

The 360 forces 50Hz output with games, unlike the original Xbox, so it should run fine. (annoying if you're using a VGA lead, as the 360 will only do 60Hz with that - being able to play with stuttering is better than not being able to play at all)

If the 360 forces 50Hz then that's fine, it means no messing around with settings. As I remember, the UK version of Halo was only juddery when played in 'Pal-60' mode.

Halo was optimised for 50 Hz, i.e. it runs slower than the US NTSC version.
