Wii Connection Error 051030

I've just got a Wii Lan Adaptor so i can use it from my router..ethernet..adaptor..wii.

But..no matter what internet option I use on my Wii..shop channel e.t.c I get Wii error 051030.

I did a search here..but i'm still not sure what is what.
