Taito Memories questions

Have finally completed my Taito Memories collection of games for my Jpn PS2, now am going to start actually playing the buggers... was hoping you guys could help me out with a few pointers however

1. Does anyone know the code necessary to unlock the locked games in Vol1. Joukan?: Does this code work for the other games too? Couldn't get the code posted on Gamefaqs to work

2. Does anyone know of a translation anywhere for these games, as all the options for each game etc are in Japanese?

Press L1, R1, R2, L2, SELECT, then START on the title screen to unlock the games in Joukan.

Almost the same for Gekan: L2, R2, R1, L1, SELECT, START

IIRC, they're listed in the Memories book that some copies came with.

The Taito Memories II packs don't have any locked games, so no need for codes in those.
