FM Towns/Marty ?????????

ive been into consoles and gaming for about 20 years now but i must of missing something along the way.
what the hell is a fm towns/marty?? if anyone has any pictures or info that would be great

It a consolised version of the Fujitsu FM Towns II computer. It will run anything that autoboots from CD or Floppy (yes it has an built floppy driver), games are very expensive but the machine is fairly cheap.

It was nice as it had some nice arcade convertions before the PS1 and Saturn came up, I believe next to me there are about 3 other people on the board that own one.

It's nice for the collection but then again so is an Bandai Playdia...

Would probably be very easy to fix if you know what your doing.

There are some top games on the Marty, recommended if you like retro machines.

Splatterhouse (best conversion of the arcade game)
Tatsujin-Oh
Mad Stalker
Muscle Bomber

As MD says though, games will cost you a bit, expecially complete with the outer boxes.
