mp3 player help

Howdy all.. another question for y'all.

I'm just about to get the missus a MP3 player, however I'm pretty undecided what to go for. She's not fussy, she just wants something to plug into the audio port on her car.

So, I'm looking to spend about 50-60 quid, and I want as much capacity as possible.. What are my options (something available in the high street would be nice)

creative zen stone plus. 4GB. tiny. And you can use it for jogging and gym stuff if you get a belt clip for it. It's wife-friendly - mine has one.

Ah, good man. I was looking at those earlier. Wife-friendly is the key!

Only thing is, the screen goes blank after a few seconds to save battery life. The only thing left telling you it's still on is a tiny flashing blue led. I mean REALLY tiny. So she must remember to turn it off (by holding down the pause button or whatever until the powering down display shows) otherwise she'll be charging it up a lot. This is what happened on ours to start with. Now she's in the routine of plugging it into the PC or her laptop when she gets back from the gym. Oh and it's usb charging only, unless you buy a separate DC pack (we didn't bother yet).

Yeah, done a bit more googling on these tonight and it looks as though it'll be just the ticket. Ta.

Ah.. Think we're going shopping today for it mate. Missus wants to have a look 'in the flesh' so to speak. If we don't get anything though (high possibility with her flighty pregnant-head on) I'll let you know...
