Xbox Live Gamertag question

Hey everyone,

If I create a new Gamertag account for my sister to use on my 360, will she be able to play the XBLA games i've downloaded (same console)? Or can only the account I bought the games from play them, despite being the same console?

Yes she'll be able to play them fine on a different gamertag.
