Is the Australian Army of Two the EU one?

I was just thinking of anyway me and my friend could get around the server lock out...and it occurred to me that Australia is PAL but not in Europe.

Could anyone clarify for me if my friend bought the Australian version it would just show up in their games list as "Army of Two" without the "(EU)" after, as this is what my asian version does and i can play with americans etc.

I assume so because they're PAL too, much like they got the cut version of Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox like all PAL territories. That said, I'm not sure how sophisticated EA's territory system is though.
