Best use of the Wii controller?

I just bought a Wii from the States, the Wii sports pack.

I was wondering what would you consider the best use of the Wii controller in a game. I have had Resident Evil 4 and Zelda on the Gamecube before, but was wondering if these offer a better experience, and are worth picking up purely for the controls.

Any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Warioware!! Always good for bringing a smile to my face with the wacky ways you have to use the wiimote.

If you love Resident Evil 4 enough to play it through again, then it's fantastic with the Wii controls, although it does make the game a little easier.

Elebits is the most impressive use of the controller (probably). Really demos the full 3D range of motion, rather than just being an elaborate mouse/keyboard.

I really liked Metroid Prime 3. The shooting felt a lot more solid and convincing in that than Resi 4, maybe because it's first person or maybe it's just because you can see Samus' arm following your remote movements. It also has some neat uses in the puzzles - things like grabbing a battery by the handle, twisting it and pulling it out of a machine, operating panels, turning barrels in locks etc etc.

Another vote for Elebits/Eledees ... there are loads of games on the Wii that couldn't be done on another console, but not many of them are particularly good: this is.

I thought elebits was ok, but I didn't feel that it was particuarly unique in regards to control.

I think Warioware is a good tech demo for it as it shows you the different ranges of motion that the remote can detect as well as slightly silly examples of how a game could use them i.e. answering a mobile phone.
