Creating/Submitting a patch to firefox

Concerning firefox 2 mainly, it might actually be fixed in beta 3.

I read on slashdot that 27% of firefox patches come from volunteers, does anyone know how to 'get in' and suggest / actually perform the patch? its pretty much the simplest fix ever. nothing stability related, merely usability / interface consistency.

Seems its a bug with the en-GB locale, as its fine in en-US
