Anyhoo there are not many distractions in Kowloon are they? I cant even find the PHOENIX BDLG to play Afterburner 2, where is it?

In the Dimsum Qr find the Tea Break Building and head inside. There's a archway leading into the Phoenix Building, but it usually has some guy blocking the way. If you don't know why the guys there then just go back later, it would spoil it if I was to tell you.
