Is it ok to run 100V appliances at 110V-120V

Got another JPN PS2 and BB unit setup, but I only have spare stepdowns that output at 110V and 120V. Both the units say that they require 100V. I don't want to blow them or anything you see. Is it ok to run an extra 10V or 20V through them?

I dunno why they changed to 100V from 110V either. back in t'day you just only needed a normal step down. I'm all out of 100V ones.

    *EDIT*
I've been reading up on this at assembler and it seems like it'll be alright.

    Kept you waiting, huh?

It should not have big issues running at 110V or 120V. The machine would just get a bit warmer than usual feeling by your hands.

If you have a slimline one with an external power supply you should be fine as the transformer inside it should bear the brunt of the voltage and will only output what it's supposed to for the machine.

SCPH-70000 PSTwo is multi-voltage, from 100v to 240v. I just plug it straight into the UK mains and it runs fine.
The ones I was worried about were an SCPH-10000 PS2 and an SCPH-10210 External HDD Unit. They both state 100v on their boxes, but they seem to run fine at 110v-120v. I've got another couple of 100v step downs on t'way anyway just to be sure.
