    360 removing updates

My 360 keeps removing the auto updates you get for games when you start them up and are online, you know the ones.

THis is getting bloody annoying since i play a few xbox originals such as 3rd strike which need the update to actually be able to start.

Trying to search google for help is a waste of time, i just get a ton of references to the spring update etc, any one got any ideas?

Something to do with the amount of storage assigned to game updates I think.

Mine does the same after a while.

It's probably that your cache is full of game title updates. You probably cannot have all the updates for all of the games you own. If there are some older games you don't play (so don't need the title updates) you could clear the 360's cache:

Find in-depth gaming news and hands-on reviews of the latest video games, video consoles and accessories.

Thanks the clearing the cache seemed to work, kind of works out well actually since ive sold a lot of my 360 collection so i guess i can go without the updates for the games i dont own anymore

I think you can only store the updates for the last ten or so games you played. If you boot up a game you haven't played for ages you nearly always have to download the update again.
