    Is all well at VG+?

    Just over a week ago I placed an order with them for some wii points. Since then I haven't heard anything from them. No emailed code and no response to a chasing email I sent except an automated response saying that they were experiencing high email volumes. Is anyone else finding them a little slow? Should I be worried? I have used them for years to be fair without any problems.

    Spoke with Sidney two days ago and they shipped two orders this week, everything's fine. Once I asked Sidney about Wii Points cards availability and he replied that they don't come in large numbers, so probably they are waiting for new cards to arrive.

    [edit] BTW, you can check on the order's page the card code if they did have cards in house...maybe the e-mail got struck in some servers.

      well that will probably be it then. I checked the order and it said shipped but there was no coed there. Guess I wont be downloading any new titles this weekend then. Pah

        Well the good news is that I have my code. It was on the order under my accounts. The bad news customer service wise is I havent had a reply email from VG+. Oh well maybe they are just really busy.

          Thats very strange that they didnt get back to you, I`ve been using them since their ebay days. And have never had a problem with them.
          I rate them as the best online importers.
