Find the memory stick on the PS3 "Desktop", click on the save file and it will say copy etc, should be self explanatory from there.

Do I unzip the save first? or just copy the zip file on the card?

Unzip it on your PC, then whack it on the memory stick.

I find it helps (where possible) to copy the save from the game onto memory stick first so you can see the file structure when you get it onto your PC, copy over that with the new save and away you go

          (make sense? )

Put it in the following folders on the memory stick:

PS3/SAVEDATA/[name of folder with the PSV file in it]

With that structure the PS3 will recognise it and the memory stick will show up as a device in the Saved Data Utility. Just go into it and copy it from there.
