PS2 - XBOX 360 pad converter?

I play alot of fighting games and to fully get the response I need from them I use a PS2 sanwa modded Dreamcast stick.

With VF5 on 360 being version C I need to use my stick instead of those shoddy hori ones.

Does anyone know of any XBOX 360 converters that let you use a PS2 pad/stick?

It's clearly possible to make your own so why not mod a Hori one with Sanwa parts yourself??

There is the XCM XFPS 360 that does that, you need to have a wired 360 pad though.

Be warned though, I have that and I get input lag when using my ps2 saturn pads on it. Well not exactly lag put it seems as though it doesn't register certain button presses.
