    PS3 SIXAXIS loses connection

    Hi,

Does anyone suffer that their SIXAXIS loses connection during games?

It's really frustrating and I don't know what to do! It's really annoying during driving games....

Its happened to me loads of times and probably to everyone else as well.

Basically, there's nothing you can do about it apart from leave the controller connected via the USB cable since the problem is inherent with Bluetooth technology. The controller re-synchs itself automatically every so often.

I had this on occasion with the Sixaxis but can honestly say it's never occurred since I got a Dual Shock 3.

Not the best solution I agree considering the price but it's that or just learn to live with the occasional "drop".

Mine never loses connection, ever. I do have one pad that just sways to the right in most games though, sigh

I get it now and again. In fact, everyone I know with a PS3 gets it at least occasionally. I don't know if it only affected older consoles, but some fuss was made about it at the time.

Do you have any other BlueTooth devices or.. hell I dunno, I have a launch PAL unit and have never experienced it. My stuck pad is annoying though but even that only does it in certain games. weird.

Not had any problems with my launch console so far and I've also got a keyboard, remote & headset paired to the PS3.

I do seem to remember somebody else on here writing that they had problems around launch though.
