Jap translation help - urgent please

I was just playing through PN03 and opened a door and it says:

wtf? None of the controls work. The OFF looks ominous

cant translate it but iv'e seen this screen on VJ and waverace. Well something with the ominous "off" within it.

I may (may=almost certainly) be wrong here but using the NTSC-uk Japanese Guide i think the first word is : error

error + off = doesn't sound too clever

You are not worthy off this game F*** OFF
