Buying a new PC?

OK, so I'm looking at getting a new system and could do with some advice.

Current specs:
ASUS A8V motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.80GHz
768MB RAM
200GB HDD

All I use my PC for is surfing the net, litening to music, watching movies and downloading, so not looking for anything hi tech.

All I really need is something that won't be crippled when I run more than MSN, AIM, Utorrent and a web browser. Oh, a decent sized HDD would be nice too.

What's the best machine out there at the moment for those needs? Not looking to spend to much as I've spent way too much money lately!

What is your budget. I always find it is best to start with a figure and build up to that. If not you always start adding slightly better because it is only £10 more etc.

Probably about ?300.

Unfortunately I can't go more than about 20 minutes without a BSOD and 'Kernel stack inpage error'

Just gotta transfer everything off my HDD now before I lose it for good....
