Mame OSX Help?

Not sure if i am allowed to talk mame here or not :/ if not then please feel free to lock or remove mods

Im pretty new to this kind of thing and OSX as a whole, i have a few games (only 5 or so) but i have thousands of games listed :/ is there any way i can just see the games that i have instead of all those availabale?

I have tried everything including searching google but to no avail seeing that huge list of games is a mess.

Also when i search for my own games they wont work but they used to in MacMame? just says files are missing but they worked before??

Please if possible can i have help?

Open the Mame OS X Help menu. It'll tell you all you need to know.

A bit of a bump, but has Mame OSX been updated since Version 0.124 (released last April)?

Also are there any other MAME ports for OSX, preferbaly one that is updated more inline with the windows ones
